The program is on a breakfast plan in both hotels. Lunches and dinners are free — the tour leader guides you to the best local spots at very affordable prices.
All transfers (airport–hotel, Baku–Sheki–Gabala–Shahdag) are by air-conditioned tourist coach with a guide. No extra charge — everything is included in the package.

- Booking deposit · 30% of the total amount at confirmation, payable within 48 h after agreement via WhatsApp.
- Balance · remaining 70% no later than 21 days before departure.
- Accepted methods · Bank transfer (BNA, BEA, CPA), in-agency payment, cash. No online card payment for now.
- Receipt · Official Alliance Travel receipt issued for each payment.
- Quote valid 7 days · Prices may change depending on flight availability and exchange rate.
Cancellation terms
Cancellation by the client (depending on the time before departure):
- ≥ 60 days before departure · Full refund minus processing fee (5,000 DA).
- 30 to 59 days · 30% of the total amount withheld.
- 14 to 29 days · 60% of the total amount withheld.
- 7 to 13 days · 80% withheld.
- < 7 days · No refund (flight and hotel costs final).
Cancellation by the airline or hotel · Full refund or re-routing at no extra charge on our side.
Date change possible up to 30 days before departure, subject to availability and the fare difference.

- Processing time · 3 to 5 working days. We request passport copies no later than 21 days before departure.

Travel insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the package but it is strongly recommended — especially for long-haul trips.
